Casey Clarke has been a household name to anyone who loves Country music as Casey has been on television and radio for over 25 years. Casey Clarke has been called “the Face” of CMT (Country music Television) as he’s hosted various programs on the network since 1997. Having been on CMT for over 15 years Casey Clarke is one of the most recognizable personalities in Canada.


Casey Clarke was born and raised in Edmonton, AB and found out early in life he wanted a career in broadcasting. Working for stations like CFOK-Westlock, AB, Mountain FM Whistler/Squamish, BC Casey found himself in Vancouver working for “The Satellite Radio Network” and syndicated on 71 stations across Canada. Clarke left Vancouver for Kelowna, BC working for Silk-FM then off to Calgary, AB to join CMT in 1997.


In 2009 Casey Clarke was awarded The CMA International Broadcaster of the Year. The CMA International Broadcaster Award recognizes outstanding achievement by radio broadcasters outside the United States who have made important contributions toward the development of Country Music in their country. “The Casey Clarke Show” & “The Casey Clarke Country Countdown” are syndicated on radio stations across Canada in both major and secondary markets. In addition, he hosts a variety of artist album specials on national radio and conducts onsite interviews with the headlining artists at all the major Canadian Country Music festivals. 

 

In addition to his radio programs, Clarke’s company Casey Clarke Productions also produces various shows as well as numerous artist and holiday specials. In 2012 a series on CMT that Casey was involved with, “Employee Of The Week” won the Country Program of The Year

Award from the CCMA.


Casey Clarke served as Director of Programming and Production at both CMT Canada and Country 95.3 (Hamilton/Toronto – Canada’s Most Listened to Country Station). While at Country 95.3, he organized Canada’s largest free outdoor Country show every Canada Day. In 2014 “the Casey Clarke show with Roo Phelps” won the BCCMA for Personality of the Year and then in 2015 “the Casey Clarke show with Roo Phelps” were honored to win the CCMA Personality of the Year.


Casey is married to his beautiful wife Suzanne and they have two amazing children Maggie and Macey.
